Kasmanda Palace is one of the oldest buildings in Mussoorie. Built in 1836, this mansion was initially used by the British Army before being converted into a summer retreat for the Kasmanda royal family. Now a heritage hotel, this palace is spread over an area of 3 acres and has well manicured lawns and offers a magnificent view of not just the Mussoorie town but also of the Doon Valley.
